Blue Orange
Under the midnight rainbow
We slipped further into the stars
Watching the floating colors
Lift to get torn apart
Nose to neck in abandoned
Parking lots behind
Stores shut down, the purple gown
No one knows how to find
Between blue and orange find in our view
A hidden yellow flimsy tipsy boat
Set sail behind the golden sunset
To ultraviolet and infrared
While I stare at the starry Cross
Your bear’s dipper is in the way
Somewhere a black hole’s folding
Making us one in the same
Harvеst their silver platters
Sow idеas to take their place
We’ll lie in wait as we negate
This useless in-between space
Between blue and orange find in our view
A hidden yellow flimsy tipsy boat
Set sail behind the golden sunset
To ultraviolet and infrared
The ship will set sail with or without us and erase parts of the sky
We’ll burn or we’ll drown till we’re ashes or ground but we’ll get by
Somewhere a fish takes to the streets to try and find a new life
A bird grows gills, a lemming seeks thrills, and hell is covered in ice
Between blue and orange find in our view
A hidden yellow flimsy tipsy boat
Set sail behind the golden sunset
To ultraviolet and infrared
Between blue and orange, we find we outgrew
The narrow and the straightest of gates
Wavelengths and frequency strengths
Unmake our own pretend bed
Unmake our own pretend bed
Unmake our own pretend bed
