Here among the stars
We face the sky from above
Perspective can change so much
I’ll never see you the same down there again
It’s about time I get my head in the clouds
Looking for something that could’ve never been found
And the angels are still hiding themselves
Where have they gone to this time?
Gotta keep my head above the water
Gotta hold my ears above the sound
Oh, the world can overwhelm you with so much sound
So I seek a higher purpose
I may have my head in the clouds
But at least it’s for a good purpose
Keep those rags on, soon you’ll be clothed in shrouds
Keep it up
When the world pushes me away
I always turn to the heavens
Then again, I never care for the world much anyway
Let go of the materials, as I ascend into the atmosphere
