I guess this is just how it goes
Like Winter you turn cold
Our tree died, the roots weren't strong
Our love fell like the leaves back home
Our season ain't last long
Our flowers never bloomed
It starts to get dark in your eyes
The sun starts to set around five
Depression kicking in can we get high
You feel so distant when you right by my side
Our love only grows in July
But Summer never stays, neither do I
I thought it felt right this time
The season changed, so did that look in your eyes
So I guess this how it goes
Like the weather you cold
Our tree wasn't strong
The leaves fell back home
We ain't last long
