I′m lying in the gutter
It's not in control my body and soul into two parts
Better get up better head home now
The damage is done and all the fun is spoiled
Don′t ask me how or when I got here
It's quite a long story to tell
Just wipe me off if I go to close
I may be drunk but I swear I'll do no harm
My head is heavy and my heart has been up my throat
For way too long in right and in wrong
Most people deal with the sun and how we circle around the warmth
My world only goes from my head to my toes
Don′t tell me stories of the sunken ships
It′s too much for me to take in
But will you tell me how you deal with a broken heart?

Don′t look up into the sun
It burns our eyes out
