Catch me in my sleep
Sing me a lullaby
Please, don’t make a sound
Say goodnight, as we drink in the sky

Dreaming in the glade
Let me catch my breath
Let me find my way
To the only world I’ve ever known
Running in the glade

I rule my kingdom with a crown of leaves
Hidden by trees and a warm summer breeze
For a day I’m queen of the glade

Catch me in my sleep
Heavy strings pulling me down
I succumb to the weight of the sky
Time is slipping away

Although I try, why can’t I remember?
That no one is coming to save me
