Wonderland
Bornai Tibor, Jamie Winchester
I can hear a distant thunder tonight, tonight
Beating hearts or summer showers?
So close in my mind
But I’ll pass my time inside
Every time that I remember these days so fine
The present always seems much plainer, alone, resigned
But I’ll wait inside
And I’ll wait for the wonder
Waiting for wonderland
We dream reality
And wake up in a haze
My dreams they never seem to see the light of day
Before they fly away
I can hear the distant thunder tonight, tonight
It never used to hold me under, but now, resigned
I’ll wait
