My following overdose would leave me on the floor

And I wouldn't have overdosed if there was any amount less
Exactly 3 milligrams entered my body
And the hospital said my body was like pee
I survived that faithful overdose
Though to death I was close
Only person to ever survive some weed
Then I learnt by robbing so much spam there was greed
So for a while I decided to go clean
2 hours later I had a missing spleen
My body parts were leaving me
And a relapse I had no choice but to see
