So last year I wrote Jason Robert Brown
The great theater composer
Who I think is awesome!
And, you know, I wrote him last year
And he sent me three songs
So I wrote him again this year and I said
"Jason, do you have anything new?
We're looking for new material"
And he said "No"
Um, you know, he wrote me back
"It's hard, Betty
It's hard, you know, coming up in this time period"
And I'm like, "I know"
He said, "I have one song, I'll send this to you"
And it's a beautiful piece
It's called "Hope"
