Circles
Where I was in the summer looks different in fall
I don't know if I have any control at all
There’s a pond in what once was a hole in the ground
And there's houses in what was cement
It reminds me of home
But I'm alone, it’s cold
It's just me here and no one else
This place feels different when I'm by myself
I think of the winter I found my skin
On and on, moving in circles again
They're working on structures where we used to sit
I don't know whether I love or hate it
It's the time when it felt easy, not you that I miss
Time I take for granted, like our very last kiss
It reminds me of home
But I'm alone, it's cold
It’s just me here and no one else
This place feels different when I’m by myself
I think of the winter I found my skin
On and on, moving in circles again
It's just me here and no one else
This place feels different when I’m by myself
I think of the winter I found my skin
On and on, moving in circles again
On and on, you'll move me in circles again
