I Like to Blur Things

Jan Juránek

There is a purpose to be dug out
For everyone, every single piece
Not just a piece of meat
But a piece of galaxies' daydreams
Wrapped up in turquoise waterfall streams

And now, after much mischief and pain
Withstood and strangely reveled in
Now even I have dug it out
It's the doing of blurring things

You're not sure what I'm saying or what I mean
If I'm matte and dull or glossy as I glisten and gleam
I take seriousness abstractly
Correctness upside down and turn it into absurdity

This is how I blur things
To make others smile
And to make the details seem greater
To break from my own insignificance
