When waters run through thine soul
A strike
The chilling toll
These cosmic bells

And burdens will be wrought by work's end

Captured in crystalline restraint
Arrested
In time
Funneled through and focused
On despair and loss of rite

Spite does have no malice
In the singularity of the night

One last confession on betrayal's revenge
I've not the disposition
Of overwhelming desire
Turn plague on one's existence
Instead portend
And thus inspire
A call to arms
Raise high the seal
And journey onward
Eternally
Unburdened with silence
