I’m Coming For You
[Hook]
The day I die, I’m coming for you (X2)
[Verse 1]
Friday night, 11:30, the moon’s gleaming
A lot of neighbourhood kids in bed, dreaming
Some walk around after dark holding knives
I guess they’re only out to take some poor soul’s life
Me and a friend walk out the pub, his speech slurred and staggering
‘Till we see a group of kids, one armed with a dagger and…..
They walked up, knife out, demanding our wallets
I gave up mine, but my friend was drunk and had no knowledge
Held onto his money and I’m not being funny
When I say a stab left his chest all running
All becausе he refused to hand ovеr his cash
So a blade went in him and his money was snatched
Then screams and crying awoke the neighbourhood
Many ran outside thinking “This can’t be good.”
Those kids wasted no time, like cowards they ran
My friend died on that street, his blood on my hands
[Hook]
[Verse 2]
Now truth be told, I really cannot pretend
But once I’ve done this, I never want to do it again!
Those kids brag about the money they stole from the corpse
Of my friend stabbed in the chest with such horrific force!
Head’s more hotter than being in the sun with a sweater
Fuck jail! An execution would suit them A LOT better!
I’ll take a noose up to them with a rope that isn’t long
And say:
“Here’s a new necklace pal. Why don’t you try it on?”
What goes around will ALWAYS come back round
Especially when I put those kids 6 feet underground!
After I shoved my own blade into their weak throats
Severe some arteries and make blood stain their coats!
Fuck firearms! They’ll only make the job too easy!
Wear a horror mask? Oh please! That’s just cheesy!
As they rot in Hell, I’ll go to their graves and unearth them
Look them in the eye and ask if my friend’s death was worth it
(Was it worth it?!)
[Hook]
[Outro]
Donald Pleasence (as Dr. Loomis - sampled from the 1978 motion picture 'Halloween'): "I spent eight years trying to reach him and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized that what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply evil."
