Anything can happen
That's what makes me sad
The thought that we might just be
Intersecting momentarily

Your voice is warm and quiet
Though you're far away
It seems to me that destiny
Is strange and twisted
Like an old cliché

One hundred little actions
All make up my day
And usually, each two or three
I stop and wish that you were here with me

That goes for good things too
