One day at a time I slowly let it all go
Everything I thought I wanted to be
But I wonder every night "Will I ever be good enough?"
Nothing fills the void in my heart

So I breathe in to feel the air in my chest and I close my eyes to feel my heart beating
When I see a light I start to walk through the valley of the shadow of death
It's raining out

I was high on life tonight till I lost my way again
