Prayer

Found some old toys in the garage
and I wonder how the time flew by
so quietly
Opposite and opposition
seem so close sometimes
How I miss those lights
Getting warm inside
snowflakes bright
bathing in old memories
Old man strolling through the streets of
crumbling houses
dust from places
where the kids once played
Falls on his knees
to look up to
skies lit up by fire
Dirty tanks and sighs
People pull him aside
while he cries
„How can you destroy our peace?“
