Interlude (Hold Strong)
Yes the media makes it that way too
Media's always done that for years
But I think ya know most people in Woorabinda
We just none of us, I uh, hardly any of us hear us talk about
A lot of whites, ya know white as in a hatred, hate kind of way
There's very few people that do it in
It's not even hatred, I think it's more frustration and anger ya know
And I think we become so tolerant
Of what the newspapers have done and the media has done
I think we as Aboriginal people
We have learnt to turn the other cheek
We just, if we get too wrapped up
Into, into responding to the newspapers and the newsfeed
Thats all we'll ever be doing
Is just responding to discrimination all the time
It doesn't take away the goodness of people's hearts
