In the Palace (The Clock, The Painting, The Mirror, The Throne)

Percy Faith

And now, I'd like to show you some of the state rooms in the palace

We are now in the throne room. This room is used for many official receptions and ceremonies, our civil wedding was held here, and many acts of the family are singed in the room. Above the throne is the Grimaldi coat of arms. Its motto "Deo Juvante" means "With the Help of God". Our chapel is used by members of the family and our household. Services are conducted by an American priest, Father Barston. Around the walls of the chapel there are many lovely antique carved wooden figures of patron saints of the family. Among them, Saint Charles Borromeo, Saint Albert the Great, and Saint Patrick, my patron saint
