The train howls like a wolf in the night
The steel tracks are steel-traps
Snap, jawhinge shut on its wheels
Bleeding sparks as it screams

This is the train to your dreams
Travelling through your brain

Like insects, people scratch on the glass
Their pale skin and their faces changing
They hop from foot to foot trying to remain
Holding the straws of time in their fingers
