Why Don’t We?
There’s a sacred order that’s guiding our steps
A resurrecting light that illuminates ahead
The cosmos is beautiful—by Word, it’s led
Why don’t we live in it?
There’s no room for holding on to what the cynic inside is saying
He holds to passive comforts that are ultimately decaying
Self autonomy isn’t all that it seems
Living for yourself doesn’t mean that you’re free
No amount of our deeds will fix our disease
Submit to the universe speaking
There’s a sacred order that’s guiding our steps
A resurrecting light that illuminates ahead
The cosmos is beautiful—by Word, it’s led
Why don’t we live in it?
I’m never all alone
