A child doted on with materials
All the stars fell into position
Above a kind of living hell so unrepentant
I'm not the average kind
I couldn't fall back on a lie
I'd cut off the tongue that told it
There was a monster here before behind the curtains
It almost killed me once of that I'm certain
It appears in many forms and situations
And leads me to believe I was mistaken
