No Net

Dead upon the water or was it sand?
A difficult landing caught us off guard.
Our faces had new masks, they weren't the same
And our names seemed to reveal meaning.
I'm stuck with Adaline, Cunningham and Turner,
Spitting moths as they crack up,
With a simple yes or no we'd have been O.k.
Attitude and green put us in this heap.

I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!

Adaline's blaming others for what they've done,
Cunningham's stashing rations.
Turner's looking like he's had a revelation
And I'm trying to hold on tight.
Scattered pieces are all around,
The only light is coming from a hazard flash.
But I guess things could be worse,
I could be spitting moths, cracking up.

I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!
I'm a tightrope walker. No net!

Sirens warning.
Sirens warning.
Sirens warning.
Sirens warning.

Isolated in this tank such different minds,
And we all have to pull it together.
Put aside our differences to stay alive,
Put it in the bag on the other side.

Is it me on the other side?
Is it me on the other side?
