They become friends, and then- then they climb up a mountain
Then after almost dying, they realize onions are the cure
So the lizards won't eat them
And they also realize they're cursed
Then not to spoil anything
But at the end of the book, they're rescued by some lawyer
She's like "Bruh, that is their suitcase, it has his name on it"
So then they become rich and live happily ever after
