They came to look for paradise, a better life, a better way
The purple prince he fly by night, he smile in the shades,
He sleep all day.
Struck by fate, maybe, I don't know,
All I saw was the mark of the claw
Evil never found a way down here,
The strong will survive, now that's the law
Kingdom of lies, land of the loner, power has gone to his head,
Kingdom of flies, over and over, push the needle to red,
But it get's him nowhere...
Lizards and snakes in the garden of Eden,
Whipping the weeds, made the flowers die
Down to the waters the holy Lamb, barely alive,
And the Shepard cries...
