Carpenter To A King

We read in the Bible about salvations plan
How God sent His Son to redeem fallen man
Though He was not wealthy, just a lowly Nazarene
My God, He changed Him from a carpenter to a King

Now He rules on the throne in heaven on high
And my time to join Him is almost nigh
In that city He's preparing I'll have everything
All built by Jesus, a carpenter and a King
