Room With White Walls

James Mendenhall / The Prom

Well you walk through the door wearing that same look you left with two days ago. I noticed you'd neglected certain things like feelings. Pale looks as you passed across the room with white walls and a painting that lacked thought and feeling. I don't think you see that you're killing me. Day after day I sit here and drink in a dark room with nothing to say. I wait for the end of my days.
I walk downtown streets with alcohol to fill up my bloodstream is poisoned and I can't bear the pain just won't leave.
I'm addicted to sleeping pills and I want you to know if I die tonight it's murder on your soul. When I let you go you won't let go. When you let me go I can't let go.
Oh, won't you leave me alone.
