An angled line
A crooked pine
A hanging flower in a low lit park
The moon hangs high
The sun flew far
Away and darkness claimed it's place until the final day
Now will the stars that flicker brighten up the sky
And will the towers we built stand the test of time
If I could get there faster let me know right now
Run the clock back down
In a little while I'll find the time
Count the reasons why
A grain of sand
An open land
A place for man to make good use of both his hands
A pinstriped suit
A substitute
An artifitial monolith of concrete glass and glue
Let evry hour filled with boredom pass me by
And help this sorry soul to open up his eyes
If I could get there faster let me know right now
Run the clock back down
In a little while I'll find the time
Count the reasons why
