Staring out the window watching my life go by in a silent cry
Looking for a purpose out there anywhere
I glide around in circles like a pelican man without a plan
will the wind speak to me tomorrow?

When will this caterpillar turn into a butterfly?
Inhale the air i long to breathe

Everything this world called me to be

I wanna be down with the angels hanging in the heavens
No place my heart would rather be

Chase away the jackals send me the fireflies to aluminize
straight away the pastures, oh let me feed again
let me tell the mountains in my way that they'll be moved
help me unlock whats in my mind

So take these dreams and carry me to a place i never knew
i was born to touch the moon
