Time passes by and the thoughts crossed my mind
Will I ever see the light of day?
The hurt and the pain all the sorrow that I feel
Will it cease, is there peace, will it ever go away?
I need to know is this so don't leave me out in the cold
A place of rest for your soul tell me I need to know
I thought that I would completely lose my mind
When I heard from a friend you passed away
I was shocked I was scared I was truly unaware
That a wound made at noon ran so deep inside me
Just like my face to a fist; why did it have to end like this?
Maybe just one last kiss?
Could you have made your last wish?
Just like the winter snow nobody seems to know
When will it come or go?
