Freddie Fish

His name is Freddie he's a fish in a great big sea
(Because I'm small everyone wants to pick on me)
He swims amongst the rocks and shells and in between the kelp
Hide amongst the bubbles and the cover sure does help

His name is Freddie he's a fish with a little tail
(One day I'd like to be as big as a whale)
He has to watch above him
And below him too
He's a tasty morsel for some other fish to chew

(It's not so easy being a little fish)
Every day he's almost someone's dish
(One day when I grow up)
(Then I'll protect myself)

He wants to grow up big and strong one day
(Then I'll chase the sharks and crabs away)
He'll swim to the bottom and he'll swim to the top
He'll like to travel everywhere and never ever stop

Now he's grown up and his mean and strong
His teeth are shiny and they're very long
(I'm scary and I swim fast, so sharks and fish beware)
(If you try to eat me I'll just give you my big stare)
